Description

Capital 33% EC

Capital 33 % EC is a selective weed killer used to control annual narrow and broad leaved weeds in many agricultural crops.

Active Ingredient: Pendamethalin 33%

Mode of Action:

Capital is a specialized herbicide that works before and immediately after early germination. It inhibits the formation of tebulin proteins, which are essential for plant cell division and elongation in the meristematic tops. Without tebulin proteins, the growth of roots and weed leaves is stopped.

Capital will not control established weeds, rather it will stop susceptible weeds from germinating.

Features:

  • Kills annual narrow and broad leaved weeds.
  • Kills weeds at a very early stage of germination.
  • Protects crops for an extended period of time, without affecting subsequent crops.

Instructions:

Capital is sprayed on the soil before or after planting and before germination.

For best results, Capital should be used on homogenous soil, one that is free from rocks, grouse, plant residue and weeds.

Don’t digging or ploughing  the soil after treatment.

Irrigate the soil immediately after spraying Capital.
