Active Ingredient: Brodifacoum 0.005%
Mode of Action:
Phacomen inhibits the vitamin K epoxide reductase enzyme, which prevents the body from reconstituting vitamin K, which is necessary for blood clotting. Once it runs out of vitamin K the animals will bleed to death.
How to use:
Phacomen used to control rats and mice in and around buildings and transport vehicles. It is highly toxic to all mammals and can be lethal to birds and highly lethal to fish.
Unlike most rat poisons, which are slow-acting when it comes to their lethal effect, Phacomen has the ability to kill rodents as quickly as within the span of 24 hours
